Our company's and partner's quality management system

It is a mobile application that is linked in real time with the 'Pulmuone Quality Management System (PQMS)' and API for Pulmuone and OEM partners. As mQMS is used, the convenience of using PQMS on-site increases, real-time quality control is strengthened, and paper documents are reduced.

[Description of main functions]
- Raw materials/packaging materials/product inspection input: You can check the quality inspection instruction list of raw materials/packaging materials/finished products, easily input inspection results via mobile, and register photos and attachments.
- Approval request: You can request approval of the inspection results to a superior. Interim approvers can be added, and referrers can also be added.
- Approval management function: In addition to approval of product inspection results entered from mobile, you can check the list of various requests* requested for approval from PQMS and approve them from mobile. (*Approval for enactment and revision of QMS documents, raw material inspection, packaging material inspection, process inspection, sanitation inspection, and approval for nonconformity handling)
- Dealing with non-compliance: If the product inspection result is non-conforming, you can enter action plans, action results, and additional improvements according to the non-conformity handling procedure.
- Input raw material lot information: You can set the relationship between the product lot number and the input raw material lot number.
