Thirty years ago or now, I am still writing the final inspection of the apartment in handwritten hard copy. What are we really missing? Here, there is a need for real-time collaboration on defects and defect investigations between the on-site manager of the apartment finishing site and the manager of a specialized construction company. A punch list is an essential part of this process.
