Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, who says in the decisive revelation: “Indeed, this Qur’an guides to that which is most upright and gives good tidings to the believers who do righteous deeds that they will have a great reward.” May blessings and peace be upon His trustworthy Messenger and the best of all God’s creation, who says: “God raises people with this book and places others with it…” Hadith.
One of the blessings bestowed upon the nation of Islam is the blessing of the Noble Qur’an, which was revealed in a clear Arabic tongue. The more we adhere to its guidance in all our affairs, the more honor and protection we gain, and the more we distance ourselves from it, the more humiliated and divided we become. Our blessed association, like other associations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, derives its principles from our true religion, which It calls for taking care of the Book of God by memorizing it, reciting it, and contemplating it. Perhaps we can start with the Talawa Association in serving the Book of God and taking care of it from the vision of our rulers since the era of the founder, King: Abdul Aziz bin Abdul Rahman Al Saud - may God have mercy on him - and until the era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul Aziz. - May God protect him - and his faithful Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz - may God grant him success - whose concern was to care for and teach the Book of God, as it is the primary source of legislation in this country, may God protect it.
And here we are in the Talawah Association since its inception in 1419 AH and over twenty years of giving and giving in serving the Book of God...as we stand every year with a group of memorizers and memorizers whose number has reached (391) memorizers and memorizers during the past year.
We are moving at a steady pace and an ambitious vision that is compatible with the vision of our country through advanced programs and methods to reach, God willing, quality in the outputs, and the formation of an attractive environment and a moderate understanding of the Book of God through the continuous development of male and female teachers of the throat and hall. We place in your hands the fruits of recitation over a period of twenty years, in which we discuss programs, statistics, the number of memorization centers and portfolios, and their names, and a statement of the success partners and supporters. We touch on what has been done in terms of endowment projects that have been completed, and others that are being completed, which will be a strong source of the circles for memorizing the Book of God in the governorate.
We will continue, God willing, working day and night, continuing on a steady path to water and nurture the germination of these fruits that, thanks to God, then the support of our rational government, and the support of good people and philanthropists, we are now looking forward to what is better and newer, so that the Book of God and its people are the good fruit that continues with us, God Almighty willing.
