Experience Shift On Demand in 3 easy steps:
-Book your ride for now or later on your smartphone
-At the time of your trip, get picked up at a designated location
-Complete your trip!

Here’s how it works:
-Download the app
-Decide whether you want to pre book a ride to or from work tomorrow, or book a ride for right now
-Book your ride by indicating either your departure or arrival time and your pickup and drop-off addresses
-Indicate the number of passengers riding with you
-Get picked up or dropped off at work within one of the established Shift Zones
-Ride to and from MARTA stops or to neighborhoods surrounding the Atlanta Airport

Upon booking your trip, you will receive an estimated vehicle-arrival time and the exact location where the driver will pick you up. The arrival time will update as the vehicle makes its way to you. When your driver arrives, there may be other passengers on board, requiring a few additional stops, but your trip is always tracked in real-time so you will know exactly when you will reach your destination.
