Riskonnect Verify is a mobile safety checking, job safety analysis (JSA) and control verification app designed to help minimize near-misses and incidents in support of a digital, integrated approach to risk management, while removing reliance on Excel or paper-based checklists and forms.

Riskonnect Verify expands Active Risk Manager’s (ARM) reach to encompass all operations and to help close the loop on the risk management process.

Used by both internal operational staff and contractors, Riskonnect Verify provides online and offline access to review and execute JSA procedures, steps, and helps workers understand key risks and controls and complete verification questions related to the activities and tasks across all operations.

Riskonnect Verify enables supervisors and operators verify that the steps required to complete work activities are well understood and that the required controls are in place to use equipment and conduct their work safely, even in remote locations. Users can capture photos or add comments to demonstrate when and where controls do not appear to have been adequately implemented. Stop work notifications inform users when it is not safe to continue and advises them to seek further advice before continuing. Search for a JSA, simply scan a QR code or enter a PIN for a piece of equipment, machinery, location, or software to start the required control verification checks.

Risk and control owners will also receive scheduled control verification checks that are required as part of the process of regularly measuring the operational performance and efficiency of the organization’s critical controls.
