WHAT IS SCIENCE AND ART CENTER (BİLSEM)?
Science and Art Center is an independent special education institution opened to provide support training at certain hours to people who attend formal education institutions and are identified by experts as having special talents in the field of general ability (mental), visual arts or music, in order to develop their talents and use them at the highest level. institution.
Science and Art Centers are not an alternative educational institution to the formal system, but an educational institution that supports formal educational institutions.

WHAT CLASSES ARE TAKEN IN THE SCIENCE AND ART CENTER?
The grade levels from which students will be admitted to the Science and Art Center are determined every year. In line with the decision, diagnosis is made from grades 1, 2 and 3.

HOW DOES THE BİLSEM PURCHASE PROCESS WORK?
In order to determine the specially talented people to be admitted to the Science and Art Centers, within the framework of the diagnostic calendar determined every year, people from the determined grade levels are shown as specially talented candidates in the field of general ability (mental), visual arts or music by using the prepared observation forms.
People nominated as candidates are taken to the prepared group screening exam on a determined date.
According to the results of the group screening exam, people who pass the threshold scores determined for each grade level every year throughout Türkiye are examined individually by certified experts. In the individual examination, a valid, reliable and standard intelligence test is applied to the individuals.
People who are nominated in the field of visual arts and/or music talent and who pass the threshold scores determined every year for visual arts and music talent fields according to the results of the group screening exam are subject to individual examination in the field of visual arts and/or music talent by the Provincial Identification Commission.
According to the results of individual examinations in all three areas, people who pass the Turkish threshold determined for each grade level and each talent area are registered to the Science and Art Center.
