Through the DigiSOC app, Safaricom’s Field Engineers will have access to all of the following features:
- Visibility of all alarms related to Sites Down, Sectors Down and environmental irregularities.
- Details outlining the specific cause of an alarm failure.
- Ability to check the alarm status; whether resolved or unresolved.
- Ability to enter and exit any site within the app.
- Access to the exact location of all sites through google maps.
