TQR Family is a versatile mobile application created by GENTEC, that offers a comprehensive solution for retailers and distributors. The app features two sub-apps, one for retailers and one for distributors, which can be selected at the beginning of the login process.
For retailers, the app provides a user-friendly interface where they can log in using their phone number and an OTP. The dashboard shows the SAZ wallet points that can be used to purchase Schemes/Branding/Publicity of their products. The app offers various options to manage purchases, including Scheme, Branding, and Publicity. With all these features, retailers can manage the buying, order processing, and purchase history. For example, if a client has requested for their Branding, the client can see their branding process, how much it has been completed etc. The Branding feature helps clients market their products by providing a form to fill out on the app. Finally, the Publicity feature enables clients to advertise their products by stamping their logos on items such as pens, books, and more.
Distributors can easily log in using their user ID and password without the need for an OTP. They can transfer SAZ wallet points to retailers and efficiently manage their transactions.
