How is account validation done?

To access all the app's features, you need to validate your account. To complete this process, simply access the app using your Digital Mobile Key. The verification process, via Digital Mobile Key, allows you to validate your identity simply, quickly, securely, and without having to visit our clinics.

Alternatively, you can go to one of our Medical Clinics (Miraflores Clinic, Carcavelos Surgical Clinic, Cascais Clinic, Sintra Clinic, Entrecampos Clinic, Moscavide Clinic, and Faro Gastroenterology Clinic) and request account validation at reception.

Main app features:

- Add dependents to your account;

- Schedule appointments;

- Request appointments for exams;

- View the results of clinical analyses and other medical exams;

- Access your entire health history (results, invoices, and history of episodes and requests) within the Joaquim Chaves Saúde system;

- Find the nearest Clinical Analysis Centers and/or Medical Clinics to your current location;

- View all upcoming medical appointments;

- View news and other useful information
