Mandala Operation App is used for housekeeping staff, providing support while checking rooms and confirming check out.

HOME PAGE
-Display room numbers, floors of the selected building, display room status.
With Priority mode, room numbers and floors according to the building have been set up or tasks have been pushed on the PMS.
-There is an All mode that displays all the number of rooms and floors in the selected building.
-Notification: displays notifications when creating new functions, notifications from FO push the room back to the housekeeping department to check the room before guests check out.
-Functions: Minibar, Breakage, lost support staff when checking the room, if any problem arises, post the functions without having to go to the function detail screen.
-Change room status and lock room.
-In particular, there is a function to wait for check out after the reception department pushes the rooms that need to be checked out, based on which the housekeeping staff knows which rooms need to be checked and post functions such as mini bar and refill. If there is a breakage, finally click Confirm check out to let the front desk know that the room has been checked by the housekeeping staff. This reduces congestion time when operating the hotel during peak check-out periods.
