App Description
The Good Fortune Calendar is a modern, easy-to-understand version of the calendar, displaying the Tenchu-satsu (empty space) of Sanmeigaku (four pillars of destiny) to clearly show the good and bad fortune of each day.
*If you're considering purchasing this app, we recommend first using the free 2022 version to check the images, phrases, and functionality.
*By entering your date of birth, you'll be notified of your most recent Tenchuusatsu year and the Tenchuusatsu month for each year. The Tenchuusatsu month and day will also be displayed as icons on the calendar.
(*Tenchuusatsu is a theory in Four Pillars of Destiny and Sanmeigaku. It refers to a time in the Chinese zodiac when the heavens are not on your side. During this time, it's best to avoid new endeavors or risky actions, such as moving, starting a business, getting married, making big purchases, or signing contracts. In Sanmeigaku, this is called Tenchuusatsu, and in Four Pillars of Destiny, it's called Kuubou.)
*Icons will be added to the monthly calendar to show the most auspicious days of each month at a glance.
(The newly added icons can be found in the "Design Description" menu bar in the lower right corner of the monthly calendar.)
*Mr. Ujio Murakami of the Kaiun Reki Kaiun Orientation Research Institute, who oversees this app, provides commentary for each day on the daily calendar. We hope you will find this information useful when planning your schedule.
■App Overview
This app is based on the Japanese calendar and displays calendar notes (six days of the week, the Ten Heavenly Stems and Twelve Earthly Branches, the Twelve Direct Lines, and the Twenty-eight Mansions) and selection dates (Ichi-ryu Manbai-bi, Tensha-bi, Fujo-ju-bi, Tenichi Tenjo, Tenon-bi, and Jippo-gure) in an easy-to-read format.
Reki-notes and selection dates have been used by people since ancient times to determine the auspicious or unlucky fortune of the day, but these have been interpreted and used in a modern, easy-to-understand manner, and are also displayed in easy-to-read pictures and symbols.
These calendars are not only useful for ceremonial occasions, but also for starting new ventures, scheduling important events, traveling, making major purchases, or signing contracts. By taking various actions on the appropriate auspicious days, you can expect smoother and better results.
■ Main Features
・Monthly Calendar Screen
The following information is displayed clearly with icons:
Ichi-Gō-Manbai-bi (Rice-Rice-Rice Day), Tensha-bi (Tensha Day), Tenichi-Tenjō (Ten'on-bi), Fujō-bi (Fusei-bi), Jippō-gure (Jippō-gure), Doyo (Doyo), Kin-San (Kin-San) - days when your career luck is likely to be fulfilled by visiting shrines and temples, days when treatment is likely to be initiated and recovery is likely to be facilitated, not-so-good days, good days, very good days, the most auspicious day of the month, full moon, new moon, and other days requiring caution.
Usage Examples
When scheduling business meetings, entertainment, etc., Ichi-Gō-Manbai-bi (Rice-Rice-Rice Day), days when your career luck is likely to be increased, and days when your love luck and relationship luck are increased are useful references.
Additionally, when planning your travel schedule, consider Tenichitenjo, and for matchmaking and social gatherings, consider days when your love and relationships are favored. For those buying lottery tickets or gambling (horse racing, boat racing, bicycle racing, pachinko), consider days when your fortunes are favored or when your financial and career luck is favored.
-Daily Calendar Screen
Touch a date on the monthly calendar screen to see the day's fortune indicated by the number of stars.
The daily fortunes are assessed based on numerical values of the fortunes of the zodiac signs and direct signs, as well as the dates used in this app, which we hope will be easy to understand and useful. However, please note that these numerical ratings themselves are based in part on the app developer's unique interpretation, and should be used only as a reference.
Also, for each term (Rokuyo, Juunichoku, Nijuhachiku), an explanation will appear when you tap the word.
Additionally, starting with the 2022 edition, the app's supervisor, Mr. Murakami of the Kaiun Reki Kaiun Orientation Research Institute, will provide commentary on each day's calendar. We hope this information will be helpful when planning your schedule.

■Feature Update History
*Starting with the 2021 edition, we've added information about "Sanrinbo" (Day of the Three Deadly Months), "Doyo Day" (Day of the Dog Day), and "Mabi Day" (Day of the Snake Day), which are days when special care is required for moving or construction. We've also added information about "Tiger Day" and "Snake Day," which are considered favorable for financial luck. Accordingly, we've also taken these into account when assigning points (the number of stars) to evaluate the auspiciousness of each day. We've also added information about the 24 solar terms and miscellaneous festivals, with explanations provided in the comments section.
