Agent/Representative Login ProcessAgents or representatives must log in to the system to access patient registration and consultation booking. Once logged in, they are directed to the registration page.
Patient Registration
If a new patient needs to be registered, the representative must fill in the required details.
• If the patient does not require new registration, they can log in using either:
o UMR (Unique Medical Record) Login
o Mobile Number Login
• When logging in with a mobile number, the system fetches all associated UMRs.
• If the patient already has a UMR, they can directly log in and proceed further.
• A new UMR is generated for first-time patients after successful registration.
Navigating to Doctor Selection
• After patient registration, the representative is directed to the doctor list.
• The representative selects a doctor for consultation.
Consultation Booking
• Once a doctor is selected, the next screen displays:
o Patient details
o Payment status (Paid / Not Paid)
• The representative must confirm whether the consultation is being booked against an existing patient record.
• The consultation is then successfully booked.
• A success message is displayed on the screen.
Post-Booking Navigation
• If the representative clicks the Back button after booking a consultation, they do not need to register a new patient again.
• Instead, they are shown a grid view displaying all consultations, registrations, and follow-ups made on that day.
• From the grid, the representative can select a patient and proceed with further actions.
.Follow-Up Booking
• If the representative selects a Follow-Up option from the grid, they can book an appropriate consultation package.
• The follow-up booking process follows the same steps as the initial consultation booking.
Mobile Number Login Workflow
• If a user logs in using a mobile number, the system retrieves all UMRs linked to that number.
• If there is only one UMR, the user can directly log in using that UMR.
• The representative then selects a doctor and proceeds with the consultation booking process following the same steps as above.
