LinkMeToHealth helps you feel more confident accessing the health and well-being care you need.

LinkMeToHealth was created through a community co-design process with the Springfield community, Queensland, Australia in partnership with The University of Queensland, Centre for Community Health and Wellbeing. LinkMeToHealth aims to be a single, trustworthy source of local health and well-being service information. This app is aimed at helping Australians access the right service, at the right place, at the right time, improving their quality of life.
