A dangerous infection has spread across the city, and your job is to control the outbreak before it destroys everyone. You must test people, separate the infected from the healthy, treat patients, and transport critical cases before it’s too late.
Start by setting up your quarantine camp. Safe civilians stay on one side, infected patients remain on the other. Scan people, check symptoms, and quickly decide who needs isolation. Every second matters if you delay, the infection spreads faster.
Build medical tents, first-aid units, labs, and treatment zones. Upgrade equipment, bring doctors and medics, and keep your camp running. Some patients need medicine, some need food, and some require emergency transfer to a secure facility.
Use ambulances and quarantine trucks to move infected to hospitals or high-security zones. Protect the healthy group by keeping the infected far away. If you make a mistake, the virus can escape and infect everyone inside your camp.
