This company is responsible for filtering and evaluating the event before contacting the corresponding authorities, if necessary.

2. Security companies that receive emergency alerts have agreements that allow them to communicate directly with public entities such as police, fire and emergency medical services. These companies are authorized to coordinate actions with these institutions if necessary.

3. When an emergency signal is issued, the security company receives the alert with the user's information and location. Since they provide a protection service, they can react quickly to help the user in any eventuality.
