Capture the moment, set preliminary levels, and share children’s “Aha!” moments with their families directly from the MyTeachingStrategies® app!
With MyTeachingStrategies®, you can:
- Capture photos, videos, and text notes.
- Tag your capture with objectives, dimensions, and preliminary ratings.
- Share captured documentation with families while simultaneously uploading it to SmartTeach!
- Track attendance for children and staff.
- Create daily reports for record keeping and parent communication.
Security/Confidentiality
To maintain security and confidentiality, all documentation captured in the app remains within the app until sent to SmartTeach / Tadpoles®. Any photos or videos taken within the app will not mix with your personal camera roll. Files captured using the app cannot be sent anywhere other than to SmartTeach / Tadpoles®.
Who Can Use This App
This app is designed for use with the SmartTeach platform. This app is available for Teaching Strategies customers that have both a SmartTeach and a Tadpoles® account. Teaching Strategies customers using SmartTeach without a Tadpoles® account should use the new Teaching Strategies Teacher mobile app. Customers with only a Tadpoles® account should use the Childcare by Tadpoles® app.
