We, as Selimiye Muhallebicisi, set out as a group of taste lovers, bringing together our long years of experience under a single brand, with the inspiration we received from Ottoman and Turkish cuisine and the passion to keep this ancient taste that suits the palaces alive today in the best way possible. Today, we continue on our way with our restaurants in Cevizlibağ and Arena Park.

Our food-beverage menu and packaged products in our restaurants have hundreds of varieties, from pudding, which was mentioned in the books of Ottoman and Turkish cuisine and became the favorite of the sultans, to many different desserts and chocolate varieties, from Turkish coffee to world coffees, from traditional Turkish delicacies to different flavors from world cuisine, from Turkish delight to nuts and even Ottoman sherbets. With our diversity, we have succeeded in being a frequent destination for taste lovers.

Inspired by the unifying power of pudding, we have hosted many sweet coffee conversations, large family tables and weekend breakfasts. We were guests of houses that started new beginnings with our chocolate and Turkish delights, we hosted many guests from 7 to 70 with the most traditional and modern tastes of Turkish and world cuisine, we shared happiness at large tables and shared our taste.

We continue our journey with our entrepreneurial spirit, passion for success, the love we feel for our cuisine, which dates back thousands of years, and the excitement of the first day, on this path we set out with the goal of becoming the flavor chain of Turkey and the world.
