Sometimes the exchange rate of the rupiah against the dollar rises, sometimes it also falls. This is influenced by many factors, both internal and external factors of a country.

The more dollars entering Indonesia (for example through exports, or foreign investors entering), the exchange rate of the rupiah against the dollar strengthens. However, if our country prefers imports, we can be sure that the rupiah exchange rate will decrease dramatically against the dollar.
