Winkhaus operating, maintenance and adjustment instructions in AR and 3D
Practical instructions for service technicians and window fitters in augmented reality (AR) and 3D technology with illustrations and instructions. The application contains instructions regarding adjustment and operation of the fitting system, adjustment options and instructions for removal and installation of the sash.
The instructions are intended for the activPilot Concept and activPilot Select fitting systems. Next versions of the application will be extended with other Winkhaus fitting systems.
List of instructions:
- Maintenance of the fitting system
- Operating instructions for opening and closing a double sash window (stulp)
- Side adjustment (shear)
- Height adjustment (bottom sash hinge)
- Pressure adjustment (bottom sash hinge, if relevant version is installed)
- Side adjustment (corner hinge)
- Pressure adjustment with octagonal locking bolt
- Adjustment of retaining force on TFE element (TFE = triple function element; failsafe device + sash lifter + balcony door catch)
- Height adjustment of DFE/TFE adapter
- Adjustment of shear pull-in
- Removal and installation of the sash
