Woollahra's residents can create service requests & book recycling pick ups

Welcome to our customer service App – Woollahra Council.
Residents and ratepayers can use this application to set up a customer service account and manage service requests and e-waste collection bookings.
Create services requests quickly and easily, upload photos against them and track their progress in real-time. You can create services requests for:
• Waste and recycling
• Street cleaning
• Tree management
• Road and footpath maintenance
• Paid waste collection, including furniture and whitegoods

Access the free recycling collection service via this App. It’s simple, all you need to do is create a recycling pick up, then place your items out on the grass verge for collection and within 48 hours (during business hours) we’ll collect it and divert your e-waste away from landfill to recycling. You can even choose to advertise your unwanted items on the iWasteless® Noticeboard for others to collect and reuse. E-waste is one of the largest growing forms of waste in Australia and it is normally discarded in the Council clean-up or residential bins destined for landfill.
This service aims to recover e-waste separately for recycling which will:
• Reduce waste to landfill
• Recover valuable resources to be used again
• Protect our environment from harmful components in e-waste like arsenic and mercury
• Provide a free, convenient and easy solution for local e-waste.
