Yoga Joint is Florida’s premier infrared heated fitness studio, with a dedicated following of loyal members, many of whom have been with us since our first studio opened in 2010.
If you’re one of the many people who don’t live in the Sunshine State but still love to follow our yoga and fitness flows (or one of our many members who tell us they can’t live without their daily Flow60 or FIIT45 classes), we offer an extensive on-demand library of free classes, including our definitive yoga pose library, developed specifically to help you master foundational yoga poses and, in turn, gain more enjoyment from your practice.
An online portal for all things Yoga Joint, studio members can use the app to access our weekly class schedule, book a class with the tap of a screen, reserve a mat space in class, refer a friend to earn valuable Yoga Joint credit, do an online class, and access social sharing features.
