• You can check the meeting room reservation status at a glance by meeting room and date.

■ Seat reservation status
• You can check the seat location and the reserved seat reservation status at a glance.

■ Mobile employee ID
• You can use the NFC and Bluetooth of your smartphone to communicate with the door authenticator to automatically open the door in the same way as for card access.

※ Information on access rights used in the app
- Storage space, camera and photo album access (optional): Used to register profile photos and face recognition access photos.
- Bluetooth (optional): Bluetooth is used for mobile employee ID authentication.
-Location (optional): It is used for mobile employee ID authentication at the doorway authenticator installed in the building based on the current location. When “Allow only while using the app” is selected, the app recognizes the mobile employee ID only in the foreground state, and when “Always allow” is selected, the mobile ID is recognized even when the app is closed or in the background.
