Zasio’s Versatile Records On-The-Go is the mobile companion to its popular line of Versatile records and information management products. With this mobile version, you’ll have the ability to see details about your important business records from anywhere as well as take advantage of barcode labels to efficiently manage their location and status!
Versatile Records On-The-Go connects wirelessly to your Versatile records management system, such as Versatile Enterprise or Versatile Professional, so you see real-time status of all your records. When connectivity to a wireless connection is not available, use the USB mode to scan on the go and sync with your Versatile records management system back at your desk.
With Versatile Records On-The-Go you can:
• Perform keyword searches for records *
• Review important details and status information about each record *
• Request items for check-out *
• Use barcode readers with Bluetooth technology to a make quick work of everyday tasks
• Check-in/Check-out records
• Store and move records, such as storing a box to a shelf, a file to a room or box, or document to a file
• Lookup record details from your Versatile database, such as department, record series, dates, description, check-out status, and more. *
• Audit a records center or file room *
• Audit records contained in a box or file *
• Submit records to the label queue while on the go *

• Wi-Fi technology required for real-time access, limited functionality available when in USB mode
• Versatile Enterprise or Versatile Professional
• Server communication component supplied by Zasio for real-time access. Client component supplied by Zasio for USB synchronization.
• Compatible Bluetooth Barcode reader if using an external scanner
