Zones Cardio is a guided treadmill workout app that helps you complete effective cardio sessions in just 20 minutes per day.

The app guides you through interval-based workouts that alternate between four intensity levels: walking, jogging, running, and sprinting. Each workout is automatically generated, so you simply press "Today's Workout" and follow along. No planning or guesswork required.

Just open the app and tap "Today's Workout" to begin your session. The timer guides you through each interval, telling you when to speed up or slow down. Workouts progress as you advance through the program.

Available programs include: Zones Starter for beginners building a safe foundation, Weight Loss for calorie burning and metabolism improvement, Total Fitness for overall cardiovascular endurance, Tactical for real-world physical readiness, Athlete for competitive performance and stamina, Golf for improving endurance and stamina on the course, and Tennis for building the cardiovascular conditioning needed for match play..
