Bug Jockey is a personal issue tracker for software development projects as well other projects and to do lists.
There is only a single user: you. However an unlimited amout of contacts can be used to connect issues with different people.

- Works without internet connection.
- Contains small web server so that all issues can be viewed and modified over a browser interface via the local WIFI.
