With the AWV app, you can report concerns and damage to us around the clock, including photo documentation, via smartphone. In addition, we provide you with a digital document folder with important documents for your property(s). We use the digital bulletin board to proactively provide push notifications about important information about the properties entrusted to us.

- You will receive a personalized email from us with an invitation to join the AWV App
- Press the “Confirm registration” button and enter your personally chosen password
