Using the IDEAL-NFC app, dealers and fitters can call up information about the window directly from the app, e.g. B. Order confirmation, installation instructions, care information, complaint report, etc. If the window is damaged, a complaint report including a photo can be created via the app. This is then transferred directly to IDEAL Fensterbau Weinstock GmbH.
