App Description

Reusable gift wrap app with NFC, impact tracking and digital greeting cards.

With the COVER app, you can connect your reusable fabric gift wraps and follow their journey from person to person. The durable fabric wraps are made from recycled cotton and are designed to be used again and again instead of single-use wrapping paper.

Each COVER includes an NFC tag that enables you to send personalised congratulations to your loved ones and to link the COVER’s to your profile in the app.

The app helps you track how often a wrap is used and shows estimated savings of paper, water and CO₂ compared to disposable wrapping paper.
For every COVER that starts its journey, a tree is planted, and the app shows you where this tree is located.

COVER invites you to make gifting a bit more mindful and resource-friendly – one gift at a time.

HOW IT WORKS

Download the app, create a profile, and link your COVER by either tapping it with your mobile phone or entering the COVER-ID into the app directly. Now, you can easily follow it on its journey around the world and learn how much trash, CO2, and trees it has helped to save, how many people it has reached, where in the world it has been, and where we have planted a tree for this particular gift wrap. You can also see how many COVERs you have initiated and forwarded, where they were before you received them, and how their journey will proceed.
