An application created for the TMS system to assist the evacuation service
The primary task of the AlarmTrack application created for the TMS system is to a
help the work of evacuation service and thus increase the efficiency of remote monitoring. The application provides the opportunity for the evacuation service to receive the alarm data (customer and the event triggering the alarm) as soon as possible in the event of an alarm, and to support the approach to the location using a navigation system. Notification of the evacuation service can be initiated by the operator managing the TMS monitoring system, or TMS can do it automatically.
The evacuation service has the opportunity to provide feedback (in relation to an alarm, or
regardless). This feedback is logged in TMS.
