Features

Absence
Report student attendance online, setting up student and class attendance is a breeze and you can be up and running in no time. Attendance data collection is entirely from the mobile application so you can enter data from anywhere as long as you can access the internet.

There are 4 main categories, namely Attendance, Permission, Sick, Alpha, there are notes that the teacher can add for each attendance such as Reading, Late, Bad signal, and the teacher can add new notes as needed, for example: sleeping in class, chatting, etc.

Import student data
The new feature can import student data directly, without bothering to type one by one student in each class. Import format must be in the form of excel (xlsx), check the file format below.

Multiuser
Our School Application supports multiple users in one school based on an invitation from the Teacher. For example, Teachers can allow all parents of students' children to access attendance and grades

Report
Teachers can easily generate reports right from your fingertips. You can view and print in-depth reports by class, subject and per exam category and export them to Excel or download and share them via PDF.

Grade
Our School App supports Teacher grade recording which can help track student grades, quizzes, assignments, reports, etc. You can create new value categories according to the value composition and enter them into the application.

Replacing manual work such as recording attendance, managing grades in front of the computer using excel with the Our School application can save a lot of valuable teacher time.
