The Surat Municipal Corporation app is an Android application developed by the Surat Municipal Corporation. It enables service delivery and information sharing using the latest mobile technology.

It is designed to provide services/information as quickly and conveniently as possible to all citizens, e.g., facilitate communication between citizens and government, provide access to public services, etc. This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance public service delivery and ensure transparency in government operations.

• Property Tax (check and pay outstanding or advance property tax and register your mobile number for SMS alerts)
• Profession Tax (EC), enrollments & check transaction details
• Profession Tax (RC), enrollments & check transaction details
• Water Meter (Check & pay the bills, enrollments & check transaction details)
• Birth & Death Certificates
• Check Shops & Establishment Registration Certificate details (Using the registration number & establishment ID, check the application status).
• Complaint Management System (complaint registration and re-open, check the recent, nearby & voted complaints, check the current status of the complaints)
• Hydraulic Water Meter (check the pending amount of the provided connections, check the recent and previous transactions)
• Ticket booking (for aquarium, nature park/zoo, Surat Fort, science centre)
• Active tender information
• Rainfall information (details of Ukai dam level, estimated inflow and discharge, the status of weir-cum-causeway, etc. during the monsoon period)

The enrolled services will be linked to citizens'/users' profiles and will enable them to carry out future transactions quickly and also track historic transactions.
