GS FOCUS uses the following permissions when permitted by the user, based on the functionalities used by the Client:
Calendar: The app's events will be reflected in the device's calendar app.
Camera: This permission allows the app to capture documents, perform self-authentication, and any other images as required by the business.
Contacts: When the user clicks on a contact, the app redirects to the dial pad with the contact number already pasted. The user can then simply click on the dial/call icon to make the call.
Locations: We record location information to geotag the events captured, based on the business needs of the client.
We capture location data to geo-stamp the events captured by the mobile app and to ensure the safety of employees by reporting the location to their respective organizations.
Microphone: This permission allows the app to capture speech for text conversion, upload videos, etc. based on the client’s business requirements.
Storage: This is the default permission required to store the captured data on the device if the user is capturing images offline.
Phone: The app requires this permission to read the network and device status.
