Gourmet Employee Self Service (gESS) is a secure, enterprise-grade mobile application developed exclusively for Gourmet Pakistan. This application is intended solely for internal use by authorized employees, managers, and designated HR personnel and is not designed or permitted for public or third-party use.
gESS serves as Gourmet Pakistan’s official digital platform for managing the complete end-to-end employee human resource lifecycle in accordance with internal HR policies, information security standards, and applicable laws and regulations.

𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞
The purpose of gESS is to provide a centralized, digital, and policy-compliant mechanism for employees to access HR services and information. The application supports the full employee lifecycle, including digital onboarding, employee profile and master data management, attendance and leave administration, employee benefits visibility, learning management (LMS), performance management (PMS), and ongoing HR processes.
All system functionality operates under Gourmet Pakistan’s defined approval hierarchies, access controls, and organizational policies.

gESS implements role-based access control, secure authentication, and restricted data visibility. All employee data is confidential and handled in accordance with Gourmet Pakistan’s information security, data protection, and record-retention policies.

The application is integrated with Gourmet Pakistan’s internal HR system, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.
