● Electronic journal for keeping track of key health changes or reflections.
● Automated reminders — so you never have to worry about forgetting anything again!
● We’ve integrated with Google Fit and Fitbit so that you can automatically import your steps, sleep, blood pressure and other data from your favorite health and fitness tracking devices right into the app.
