App Description
The new version of the Roma Capitale app for the Call Taxi 060609 service
If you need a taxi in Rome, you can use this app to request it in a simple and safe way.
After registering, when the app is opened, your current position will be displayed, identified through the GPS of your mobile phone.
By clicking on the "REQUEST TAXI" button you will be offered an address corresponding to your position that you can possibly change manually.
By confirming the request, the system will start searching for your taxi among those participating in the service.
First of all, the closest parking spot to the address indicated will be identified and the request will be forwarded to any taxis registered in the queue.
In case of unavailability, the system will extend the search to all taxis in the 060609 fleet, starting from the closest to the point you indicated.
Once you have obtained the proposal for a taxi, you will be able to see the estimated arrival times and decide whether to accept or not.
Accepted the proposal, you will be able to follow the taxi throughout its approach journey.
The system is developed directly by Roma Capitale and in case of need you can also request a taxi through the single number 060609.
