＜About This Game＞
You play as a new interviewer at a certain company.
Sadly, this company suffers from chronic understaffing.
The reason? Every single person they hire is somehow off...

But you can't afford to complain if you want to keep the company afloat!
Even if they're not perfect, you have to hire more people or the company will collapse...!
You must patiently listen to them, find their strengths, and somehow make it work.

...And so begins the hellish days of one interviewer.


◇Features◇
・Every eccentric interviewee has “inconsistencies” in their conversation and resume. Point them out!
・After exposing these inconsistencies, if you still think they're hireable, offer them the job. If you decide against it, reject them.
・If you can't find any inconsistencies, be sure to use the hints. You can highlight suspicious text.
・All stages are free to play.

◇How to Play◇
・At the start of each day, first check the black paper on your desk (your boss's instructions).
・After reading it, the day's interviewee will enter the room. Welcome them as the interviewer.
・Next, review the contents of the “Resume (white paper)” and the “Question Sheet (yellow paper)”. (You can view the entire resume by dragging it from edge to edge.)
・After reviewing everything, ask the interviewee 4 questions that catch your attention from the question sheet. (Asking all 6 questions is also acceptable.)
・A “That's No Good Button” will then appear in the center of the screen. Use this to pinpoint the interviewee's contradictions.
・Each interviewee hides up to 3 contradictions. (The number of contradictions found may be reduced to 1 or 2 depending on the questions you choose.)
・Pointing out at least 1 contradiction will advance you to the next hiring decision phase.
・Finally, decide whether to hire the interviewee based on your judgment. Either choice allows you to proceed to the next day.

・From “Company Status,” you can view the current company situation, past interviewee histories, and details of purchased supplies.
・From “Hints,” you can obtain hints related to the three contradictions.
・From “Settings,” you can adjust the music volume and check your acquired achievements.
