※ Notes on Using Parking Violation Alerts
- Illegal parking fines are imposed regardless of whether Whistle notifications are activated.
- Notifications are not sent in certain immediate enforcement zones, such as mobile CCTV, on-site enforcement, and child protection zones.
- Notifications are not sent if intentional illegal parking occurs repeatedly.
- In addition, notifications may not be sent in the event of network errors or other issues.

※ Notes on Inquiring Violations and Unpaid Fines
- Inquiring about parking fines may take a certain period of time (up to two months) from the date of violation due to the enforcement process. Payments already made or overdue cannot be retrieved.
- Only the vehicle owner can inquire about violations, unpaid fines, and unpaid Hi-Pass tolls.
- To inquire about speeding fines, simple authentication or joint authentication certificate registration is required.
