Main Functionalities of this app:

View Medication Overview: View your current medication profile as known to your GP.

Repeat prescriptions: Easily request repeat prescriptions and receive reminders when it is time to order new medications.

eConsult: Ask your medical questions directly to your GP via a secure connection and receive a message as soon as your consultation has been answered. (Note: Not intended for urgent or life-threatening situations.)

Making appointments: View the available times in your doctor's calendar and immediately schedule an appointment that suits you. Don't forget to mention the reason for your appointment.

Practice details: Quickly find the address and contact details, opening hours and website of your practice.

Self-measurements: Keep track of your weight, heart rate, blood pressure or blood glucose in the app. If the GP requests this, you can also share this information directly with the practice.

Please note: the options available in the app depend on what your healthcare provider makes available to you.

Privacy and Security:

This app is a variant of the Uw Zorg Online app. Your data is always safe: your identity is verified by the practice before use, and the app is protected with a personal 5-digit PIN code.
