Actify App B uses an approach called Behavioral Activation Therapy to help you quit smoking. It helps you explore your personal values, teaches you about smoking triggers, helps you create and track your smoking cessation progress and your activities, and helps you manage your cravings. You will also receive notifications from the program providing helpful and encouraging information.
