EPI SIA Application is for SIA Campaigns Rata Reporting.
EPI SIA MIS is a field reporting app for authorized EPI staff, UCMO, and District teams to plan, record, and track Supplementary Immunization Activities (SIA). The app streamlines daily operations, improves data timeliness, and supports decision-making. This is the application developed by EPI Federal, which will be used by all provinces for SIA activities. This app requires an authorized user account. If you don’t have credentials, please get in touch with your provincial or district EPI focal person.

1) Daily coverage reporting: Capture session data quickly and accurately.
2) Vaccine stock reporting: Record stock on hand, issues, and utilization.
3) Missed children tracking: Log and follow up on children missed during activities.
