What is Locyal? Locyal is a revolutionary Frequent Rewards concept designed to enhance the connection between stores and customers, providing a seamless and rewarding experience for both parties. It is a digital platform that facilitates a loyalty program for stores and shoppers.

Here’s how Locyal works:

Profile Creation: Merchants, such as retail stores or businesses, create profiles on the Locyal platform. They provide essential information like their store name, a personalized store photo, store address, cell phone number (verified through text authentication), and create a password.

Welcome Reward: Merchants have the option to offer a Welcome Reward, typically a percentage discount, to incentivize customers to sign up for the Locyal loyalty program in-store. This Welcome Reward is immediately available upon signup. Tiered Rewards: Merchants can set up a system of tiered rewards, typically consisting of three tiers (Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3), each with its own discount percentage and duration. Customers unlock these rewards sequentially by making purchases or meeting certain criteria.

Loyal Tier: In addition to the three tiers, merchants can introduce a Loyal Tier, offering a daily discount within a 30 day cycle.

Dashboard: Merchants have access to a dedicated dashboard where they can manage their profile, adjust reward settings, monitor the popularity of their store, update store information, and handle payments.

Instant Promotions: Merchants can send instant promotions to all users signed in to their store, offering same-day or next-day discounts to drive immediate sales.

Code Entry: Locyal provides a feature where merchants can enter and verify codes, allowing them to view reward information.
