Manage your PGE account from your phone – simple, convenient, safe!

With the Moje PGE app, you can easily, quickly, and securely handle electricity-related matters. Moje PGE is your mobile Customer Service Center, always at your fingertips.

With the app, you can:
• report contract-related issues
• pay invoices
• check energy consumption, invoice, and payment history
• purchase energy for prepaid meters
• receive notifications, such as about upcoming payment due dates
• activate the PGE eFaktura service
• view and download electronic invoices
• learn about new offers and services
• manage marketing consents
• find the location of the nearest Customer Service Center
• access document templates: applications, contracts, regulations, and offers
• add all your billing accounts to a single profile and manage them without having to log in again

To start using the app, log in using your PGE eBOK details or create an account directly in the app.

To create a new account, you need your PESEL number or NIP (Taxpayer Identification Number) and the customer number from your invoice. Your login will be the email address provided during registration.

Logging in is quick and convenient – ​​you can use a password, fingerprint or 4-digit PIN.
