IFIRMA is a mobile app for invoicing and online accounting for businesses. It keeps all your invoices, expense documents, taxes and communication with your accountant in one place – always at hand, from anywhere, at any time.

KSeF – invoices compliant with new regulations
Issue and send invoices compliant with KSeF (the Polish National e-Invoice System), in line with current legal requirements. IFIRMA helps you switch to structured e-invoices without manually tracking every regulatory change.

Online invoicing
In the app, you can issue both domestic and international invoices, using automatic currency conversion based on current NBP (National Bank of Poland) exchange rates. You can instantly share finished documents or send them by e-mail as PDF files. Updating invoice statuses is easy, so you always know what is going on with payments. If you frequently issue similar documents, you can quickly duplicate them and save valuable time.

Contractors, products and services
Managing contractors has never been easier – just enter their VAT ID (NIP) and the client’s details will be automatically retrieved from the GUS database. The same goes for products and services – you can easily create and edit them.

Document control
IFIRMA is also a secure space for all your documents. Take a photo of an invoice or receipt, upload a file from your phone or from an external app – and you’re done. Electronic documents are safely stored in the system, and your IFIRMA accountant can access them right away. You can check which files have already been approved for posting, see your accountant’s comments and be sure that nothing is missing.

Need information about ZUS declarations or other official obligations? You can check everything in a few seconds. You can also pay them directly via Autopay – without leaving the app.

Innovative online accounting
This modern app offers full integration with banks and lets you quickly contact your accountant or customer support, as well as share your company details using the “My business card” feature.
