This physical confirmation makes phone use more intentional and less impulsive. Pause not only blocks apps but also encourages mindfulness and helps you create a better balance between technology and everyday life.

Accessibility Service Disclosure: Pause uses the AccessibilityService API to detect the currently active application. This is necessary to enable the app blocking feature and ensure you stay focused by preventing access to the distractions you have selected. We do not use this service to collect or share any personal data.
