You can avail all the services of Prottoyon through the Prottoyon App. If you have not registered with Prottoyon or Prottoyon App before, you will have to register according to the user type. A national identity card or birth certificate will be required for registration. To use the app, each user can log in to the account through their account type (civil, administrative) mobile number / email / national identity card number and password. Through the Prottoyon App, a Bangladeshi citizen can easily apply for all types of certificates and receive the certificate. You can apply for the certificate through a citizen account or entrepreneur account. After providing the necessary information, the citizen has to pay a certain amount of money for the application according to the certificate. After successfully paying the money, the citizen's application will be verified by the secretary and then the chairman/mayor/councilor will re-verify it and approve the application if all the information is correct, otherwise the application will be rejected. If the application is approved, you will receive a citizenship certificate from the council or, after approval, you will be able to print the certificate from your entrepreneur account.
