Empower All

Much more than a gym, much more than just training.

Empower All was born in 2022 from the mutual desire of Ana and Emanuel to create a space where strength training could be practiced with intention, knowledge, and purpose. More than just a gym, they wanted to found a place with a community free of prejudice, where they could deconstruct myths and show that this can, and should, be for everyone.

Inspired by stories of overcoming challenges and the deep belief that the power to change lies within everyone, Empower All was born as a concrete response to a real need. Since then, the project has grown based on authentic relationships, consistent results, and a mission that goes far beyond the physical: to empower people through movement, sharing, and knowledge, so that each one can achieve their autonomy, confidence, and strength.
