SIMPLe Project (Hospital Clínic of Barcelona / IDIBAPS - Hospital del Mar / IMIM)

The SIMPLe application offers the possibility of tracking mood in patients with bipolar disorder by receiving psychoeducational messages adapted to each state on a daily basis. In addition, it simultaneously allows you to schedule medication taking times, prodromal symptoms of relapse, and record stressful events, among many other functions. As you use these functions and read the psychoeducational messages, the application rewards motivation with medals and trophies.

This application is for the exclusive use of participants and collaborators of the SIMPLe Project developed by the Barcelona Bipolar Disorders Program (IDIBABPS, IMIM, CIBERSAM).

At the moment, access to the application and its functions is only possible with a username and password provided by the project researchers.
