Stop Anxiety is the guide that shows you how the mind works, why you suffered from anxiety in the first place. It then gives you a step-by-step program to free yourself from destructive behavior and thoughts, and to gain freedom from the tyranny of thoughts and emotions, to come out from under the umbrella of fear and terror, i.e. to free yourself from anxiety.

● you think you will die

And you want to:

● stop letting others influence your emotions
● stop caring about what others say
● regain the power and control you had before
● spend more time with yourself, stop being a slave to your husband, mother-in-law, children

Free stress, anxiety and depression test

Structure of the STOP ANXIETY program

Week 1

● Discover that you are not the only one who suffers from anxiety, that this mood is normal, especially nowadays (psychological relaxation)
● Discover what is anxiety. Even after many sessions with a psychologist, people still don't know what Mrs. Anxiety (control) actually means
● Discover learn the purpose of anxiety - which is not to harm you, it's quite the opposite, in fact (peace)
● Discover learn and practice methods of staying in the present - mindful activities (relaxation, calmness)
● Discover how to handle a panic attack (safety)

Week 2

● Discover the most destructive expressions in your life, driving you into anxiety and self-sabotage (the enemy)
● Discover what you replace the enemy with, so you stop living in fear (detachment)
● Discover and practice to stop feeding your anxiety, and to stop beating yourself up (power, warmth)

Week 3

● Discover what is a thought and an emotion (control)
● Discover how to control your thoughts and emotions (control)
● Introduce the middle path, the golden path as a guiding value in your life (efficiency decisions)
● How can you stop worrying? (release)

Week 4

● Much of your anxiety is caused by the people you meet regularly. Discover how the drama triangle shapes your life (awareness)
● Count the abusers and rescuers in your life and discover how to manage them (control, self-protection)
● How do you get out of the victim role, stop being everyone's doormat? (personal power, confidence, control)

Psychology for normal people

Psychology only works when it is understood by normal people. We've taken the most widely used theories and techniques from the international literature and rewritten them in a much more understandable form.

We know you don't have the time, so we've synthesized the psychological material for you to get the most out of it, with a minimum of time investment.

Among the theories and techniques used are:
● CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy)
● ACT (Acceptance and commitment therapy),
● MBCT (Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy).
