Bay leaf planting can be done in many ways: by layering, cuttings or seedlings.

But the most reliable way is to grow seeds. You can buy it in a store or in a flower shop. Planting begins in late January or early February, as they will germinate for about a month and a half. Here's how to do it:

Scale fresh seeds. Soak them for a few days in warm water or a special solution that stimulates plant growth. The drug "Epin" is suitable for this.
Take a plastic cup and pour wet, calcined sand into it.
When the seeds swell, place them in 1 cm of soil. Then cover with plastic wrap to keep warm and moist. Leave the seeds to germinate in a well-lit room.
When the sand dries, water it.
When the first shoots appear, remove the film.
Thus, bay leaf is planted. And when 3-4 green leaves appear on the tree, you can transplant it into a pot.
