AIMS (Advanced Inspection Management Services) can create, manage & maintain a complete EPD in accordance with the DSEAR Regulations and Atex Directives. This process has received a commendation from the HSE. The application has been designed to ensure that all Hazardous Area inspections are completed to the full requirements of the regulations efficiently & accurately, ensuring no wasted time which provides a cost saving to the client. The product can create an inspection database from the field or import an existing inspection database from the admin panel. This will schedule your inspections in accordance with a client’s maintenance policy and existing schedule or can create a new schedule according to client’s requirements. All inspection results will be available instantly once completed from any location with an internet connection.
The system will store all equipment manufacturer information, certification & drawing documentation. All inspection history & equipment information & certification will be provided to the user within the application to enable the inspection to be completed in the field in either online or offline mode. The system enables the user to capture photos of the equipment & defects to build a complete inspection history that complies with 60079-17 regulations. The client can manage all remedial works within the application & the system will store the complete history to guarantee any auditing that’s undertaken is completed with ease. The inspection sheets have been tailor-made for both Electrical & Instrumentation inspections to ensure only the relevant questions are present for the Ex protection concept selected for inspection & conform to both 60079-14 regulations for initial detailed inspections & 60079-17 regulations for periodic visual, close & detailed inspections.
Inspection reports will be generated automatically either weekly or monthly dependant on the client’s requirements. These will be sent to the users email address & will also include all completed inspection sheets & updated databases for the latest period. The user can also export the database, completed inspection sheets & defect list manually from the admin panel.
